Where can I find my account balance?
Your account balance is available to view online at any time using your MemberAccess account.

I've started with a new employer, what do I do?
Congratulations on your new job!  Your new employer will need some of our details to get the ball rolling.

You can download your Digital Member Card to show your new employer our key Fund Details – click here to get started.

Your employer should also supply you with a choice of fund form to complete. You can download a Choosing Nationwide Super form from our Forms section, which has already been populated with our Fund details.

Has my employer been paying contributions?
The easiest way to check whether we’ve been receiving super contributions on your behalf is to check the Transaction listing in your online MemberAccess account.

How do I update my details?
You can manage all of your key contact details online at any time using your MemberAccess account. Click here to login or register.
How do I reset my MemberAccess password?
You can reset your password for MemberAccess using the ‘Forgotten password‘ link on the login page. As long as you have your Member Number handy, you’ll be right to go.

Otherwise, simply get in touch with the Nationwide Super team and we’ll take care of it!

When do I get a statement?
Member Statements are delivered annually, but why wait?
